6 days into pre-op diet

Its day 6 now and I think I’m learning to live with the pre-op diet.

I’ve lost 5.8kgs so far although I’m still tired. The first few days was like I was constantly drunk. I had headaches and tiredness.

Once you reach about day 4, its ok. You seem to (although I don’t have the equipment to tell) go into ketosis and slowly get back to almost normal. Believe it or not, I’m having trouble eating enough of the stuff to make the 600–800cal per day. I know people don’t really care about this but its being recorded here because I have no where else to write it and somebody, somewhere may care  :-)
